The application supports a wide range of attendance scenarios, including regular shifts, night work, weekends, holidays, standby hours, emergency call-outs, split shifts, overtime and work performed across multiple institutions on the same day.

Automated calculations based on employment agreements

One of the system’s core capabilities is its calculation engine, which processes reported hours according to the relevant employment agreements and compensation rules. Instead of relying on manual spreadsheet calculations, the platform automatically identifies the type of shift, applicable rate, overtime category and additional entitlement.

Configurable business rules allow authorized administrators to update calculation formulas, reporting requirements and approval processes as employment agreements evolve. Secure authentication, role-based permissions and encrypted data transmission protect sensitive employment information. Personalized notifications remind users to complete missing reports, confirm unusual working hours or respond to requests from administrators.

Real-time dashboards for complete operational visibility

Management dashboards provide an up-to-date view of attendance activity across hospitals, departments and employment groups. Authorized users can monitor reported hours, identify unusual patterns, review approval status and compare actual attendance with planned schedules.

Advanced filters make it possible to analyze information by doctor, hospital, department, date range, shift type, approval status or payroll period. Reports can be exported for payroll processing, financial review, workforce planning and organizational decision-making.

Transparency for doctors, administrators and employers

Each doctor can review a complete personal attendance history, including submitted reports, approved hours, rejected entries, corrections and calculated compensation components.
