Attendance clock application
The organization of State-employed physicians, or by its more common name - the State Physicians' Organization, abbreviated as SPO, was founded with the establishment of the state, and it is now the largest among the organizations comprising the Israeli medical arrangement.
The attendance application we developed for the organization assists physicians in reporting their presence hours at the hospital (verified by the device's GPS), reporting transitions to other activities within their role located at another clinic/hospital during the day, calculating hours for wages including preparedness and emergency shifts, and more. The application proves its worth every day by providing convenient and efficient service to tens of thousands of its users, also aiding physicians in maintaining a full picture of their rights and duties against the governmental employer.
The organization represents and embodies the authorized power of approximately 20,000 physicians employed by the state and its medical institutions, including physicians in municipal-governmental institutions as well as physicians from additional public medical centers who have joined the organization.

About the Project
As businesses evolve, so do their operational needs. Attendance tracking is a fundamental process, yet many companies struggle with outdated and inefficient systems. AttendPro was created to streamline and modernize attendance management, making it smooth, precise, and insightful.
Client Objectives
- Automatic tracking: Eliminate manual entry and human errors in attendance tracking.
- Integration with HR systems: Synchronize attendance data with HR platforms for salary processes and other procedures.
- Real-time monitoring: Allow management to view real-time attendance status.
- Flexibility: Adaptation to various work models, including remote, hybrid, and office-based.
Application Features
- Mobile check-in and check-out: Physicians and specialists can mark their presence via a mobile app, including GPS geographical location.
- Biometric integration: For single, authenticated identification of the reporter.
- Tracking leaves and breaks: Monitoring absences, additional missing hours per collective agreement.
- Notifications: Real-time alerts for anomalies, like missed check-ins or unplanned breaks.
Challenges in Application Development
- Remote work challenges: Precise remote employee attendance tracking without intruding on privacy.
- Data integrity: Ensuring consistent and error-free attendance data.
- Customization needs: Personalizing for different sectors of physicians/hospitals/health funds.
Our Solution in Application Development
- Geo-Fencing: Creating a "defined" geographical area where approved hour reporting can be done without constant location tracking.
- Modular architecture: Designed to be modular, allowing the addition of users and features according to their needs.
- Integration of personalized policies and laws.
Outcomes

This was particularly required in negotiations with the Ministry of Finance regarding attendance and preparedness reports in the old system.
- Integrated work processes: Human resource processes like salary management and leaves became 50% more efficient with integrated attendance data.
- Rapid deployment: Due to the user-friendly design and usability, adoption reached 95% of the organization's members.
